Location

Lectures will be held at the Genopolys auditorium, next to the Faculty of Medicine and one of Montpellier's university hospitals. 

Genopolys is easily accessible from the city center of Montpellier by the tramway, line 1, stop "Occitanie" (less than 20 minutes from the city center). But you should count 10 more minutes to come to the school location (see below).

The Genopolys amphitheater, where the HemPhys3 school takes place, is located inside a site with restricted access. We have sent the list of participants to the school, so that everyone will be authorized to enter.

1. Before the school, please check that you have received an email entitled "Autorisation d'accès au site CNRS" in which an Authorization document (pdf) is attached, displaying a QR code and the days you are allowed to enter. Make sure you print it or save it on your phone to show it at the entrance of the site.

2. When you come to the School, you will be asked to show the Authorization document and an ID at the security post. Make sure you have both!

3. To come to the Amphitheater, the best is to take the tramway (line 1) to the Occitanie stop (Tramway 1 direction Mosson if you are at the city center). Once at the stop, you can see the Genopolys amphitheater, but you cannot enter directly: you will have to go around the campus to go to the Security post on the other side (it takes 5 minutes), have your documents controlled (takes some time too), then go to the Genopolys amphitheater (2 more minutes walking). Make sure you account for those extra 10 minutes needed to reach the amphitheater from the tramway stop. Here is a map to clarify things:
