Poster submission

As a participant to the HemPhys3 school, you are invited to submit a poster. Your poster will be displayed during the whole school during lunchs and breaks, and a flash poster presentation session will be organized to advertize all the posters.

You are in charge of printing and bringing the poster. By default, we expect A0 portrait posters.

It will be a unique occasion to benefit from the experience of the lecturers and other participants from the school to discuss your results and projects.

The poster submission is a 4-step process.

1. Metadata: please give the title and write a short abstract for your poster (like 500-1000 characters)

2. The second page is for authors

3. You do not have to do anything on the third page. Just click on "Next step"

4. Page 4 is the final check
